I love baking and making fun treats, but unfortunately my children’s school only allows prepackaged treats. I completely understand this but it still makes me a little bummed. I saw this idea of gingerbread oatmeal cream pies  and I thought how easy it would be to make with my Cricut and some vinyl.

I shared a video of making these cute gingerbread treats on my Facebook page. Click HERE to watch it. If you are here for the Design Space link, it’s included in the tutorial below.

Materials Needed for Gingerbread Oatmeal Cream Pies:

Cricut Explore Air 2 or Cricut Maker
Cricut Vinyl in Red, White and Black
Oatmeal Cream Pies

Open this Design Space File—–> HERE

(I’ve also included some other images you can use to make Santa applesauce or Snowmen pudding, simply hide those images to just make the Gingerbread Men faces.)

Click on Make It and choose the number of copies you need. Cut out the vinyl with your Cricut. Weed the vinyl and apply to the oatmeal cookie. Enjoy!
