FELT FLOWER HEADBAND

I’m a little bit in love with making felt flowers. (And when I say a little bit, I actually mean a lot!) I whipped up this cute felt flower headband with my Cricut Maker for my little girl.

I have loved having a little girl so I can make lots of cute headbands for her. Getting her to wear the headbands is another story, haha.

For this post, I’m participating in Craft Lightning where a group of bloggers are showing you felt crafts that can be made in 15 minutes or less. With the help of the Cricut Maker, cutting out these felt flowers only takes about 5 minutes and it takes 10 minutes to assemble them.

You can also see my other post on felt flowers here, where I explain making a few different types of felt flowers. I also have a post about felt succulents here.

Cut out all your flowers, oval base and leaves.

Next, carefully align your flower petals together and use your needle and thread to sew the bead on the flowers, and the two flowers together. Knot and trim the excess thread. After you flowers are finished, you can either sew the flowers and leaves to the oval base, or use some hot glue.

Now use hot glue to attach the oval base to your desired headband. You are all finished!

The best part is that all my felt is perfectly cut with the Cricut Maker. I used to spend hours cutting out felt flowers for headbands and now it’s just a few minutes!
